We figure out what repairs your house needs, and the cost would be to do a complete renovation
We determine the holding costs we will have to pay during a renovation such as loan payments, property taxes, insurance, and utilities
We go through what you think is fair for us to put this amount of work into the house for a final resale after the renovation
At the bottom of the sheet will be our offer. We will work on this together, you will see exactly where our offers come from. The offer we make will be the final resale price minus renovation costs, holding costs, and our profit.
If Your Home has a Mortgage
We’ll take over your payments and give you debt relief.
If there is enough equity after marketing and repairs, we can make payments to you for your equity.
